STALLHOLDER INFORMATION
Stalls are 3.5m wide by 6m front to back. Stall holders need to bring their own shelter, trading tables etc. Vehicles may be parked on site if space permits.
DURING WINTER (June, July, August), stallholders may arrive between 7.00am and 9.00am (gates will then be closed) and must leave the oval by 3.00pm, but not before 2 pm, unless escorted out by a Rotarian.
FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR (September – May), stallholders may arrive between 6.00am and 8.00am (gates will then be closed) and must leave the oval by 2.00pm, but not before 1 pm, unless escorted out by a Rotarian.
Bookings and cancellations are accepted up to three days prior to the market day. Any stallholders arriving without having booked a site will not be admitted until 8.00am and is subject to site availability. A stallholder who has booked a site and failed to show will be charged the usual site fee, unless they have cancelled by phone or text message.
Stallholders are not permitted to share their site or sub-let them to other stallholders who are separate trading entities.
Stallholders must hold their own Public Liability Insurance and be prepared to produce their Certificate of Currency on arrival at the gate. (AAMI can provide stallholder insurance at a reasonable price.)
SITE FEES: Casual rates – $25 per site Permanent rates – $20 per site. Fees are payable on entry to the markets.
Amounts received by the Club, less any market expenses, are distributed to charities and local community groups.
